The hotel's location is perfect for families, with over 143 outlets and a huge cinema that offer endless entertainment options for kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially in assisting us with everything we needed for our children. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the rooms are beautiful and well-maintained.

My kids wished for a larger pool area with a better view for more relaxation.

The dining experience at the hotel was a real treat! Imagine indulging in an international buffet with late breakfast options and roast meal elements, alongside a free flow of house beverages and live entertainment - it felt like a scene from a movie!

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the marina, close to Hilton's beach which I recommend. It is also in the center of Marina Walk, surrounded by restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices. The hotel's gym and pool may be small, but they are still enjoyable.

One negative aspect is that the prices could be considered high compared to similar hotels in the area.

We recently stayed in this hotel and we were blown away by the luxurious amenities available. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. the full body massage at the spa centre was exceptional and the steam room was perfect for winding down.

the holes on the floor were not completely covered by the covering, which seemed quite tacky.

The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm ambiance, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy navigation and helpful staff providing assistance when needed.

I would ask for more extensive senior-friendly amenities for a better vacation experience for senior people.

In-room dining offered plenty of vegetarian options. The outdoor bar was a cozy spot for evening cocktails, and the Thai restaurant on-site was exceptional. The wellness center greatly impressed us and we enjoyed the heated pool, friendly pool staff and clean facilities. we would recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides a plethora of meeting and event facilities, including three large-sized meeting rooms, a boardroom, a ballroom, as well as a health club. The hotel is in close proximity to the city's business hubs such as Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, and Knowledge Village.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with comprehensive office amenities.
